    An NSF charge will be assessed for checks returned for any reason. Obtura charges a $30 fee for bounced checks drawn on a US bank and a $60 fee for bounced checks drawn on any bank outside of the US.

  • Where do I send my products in for repair or replacement?

    Please ship all returns or repairs to the following address:

    Be sure to obtain an RMA Number from customer service by calling or requesting one online prior to shipping any product back for repair or replacement.

  • What are the warranty periods for different products?

    The Obtura III Max has a 2 year warranty.

    The MTS Piezo-Electric Ultrasonic Unit has a 5 year warranty on the electronics and a 1 year warranty on the handpieces.
