What are the warranty periods for different products?
The Obtura III Max has a 2 year warranty.
The MTS Piezo-Electric Ultrasonic Unit has a 5 year warranty on the electronics and a 1 year warranty on the handpieces.

Return and Exchange Policy
Within 30 Days of Invoice Date
Products are accepted for refund or exchange within 30 days of the invoice date with a valid Returned Authorization Materials (RMA) number. Items must be returned in new, resalable condition in the original packaging. Exception is provided for items not functioning to specifications. Returns related to damage during shipping must be reported within 30 days of the invoice date. Please call Customer Service at (800) 344-1321 to obtain an RMA number and have your invoice available for reference.
More Than 30 Days Past Invoice Date
Products must be returned in new, resalable condition in the original packaging. Cash refunds will not be given more than 30 days past the date of invoice. Returns and exchanges are accepted up to six months past the date of invoice.
A 20% RESTOCKING FEE APPLIES TO ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MORE THAN 30 DAYS PAST THE INVOICE DATE
Items within three months of expiration or expired will not be accepted for return.
No discontinued items will be accepted for return.
Credits will be given in the amount of purchase price. Any discounted products will be adjusted accordingly.
Credits are valid up to one year after the date of the credit.
RMA numbers are valid for up to 30 days from the date of issuance. Merchandise returned after the expiration of the RMA number will not be accepted for credit. Care should be taken in packing return items to ensure they will be received in the same condition as the original shipment. Damaged merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange. Any product received without a valid RMA number will be returned to sender. Exchanges for equal or greater value are not subject to a restocking fee but must be authorized within six months of the invoice date.

All returns should be shipped in a traceable manner such as Federal Express, UPS, USPS, etc. Shipping charges should be prepaid unless otherwise instructed by customer service. Please send all returns to:
